Job Details
We are seeking a first-chair attorney with 6+ years of commercial litigation experience, capable of managing cases from inception to trial. This role requires travel within Northern California and occasionally across the state for court appearances. Key attributes include a proactive mindset, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to foster and manage client relationships effectively. The position offers hybrid flexibility, with in-office days focused on high-impact moments, from case preparations to courtroom appearances. Ideal candidates will have solid trial experience and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where quick decision-making and keen issue resolution skills are essential. Billable hours expectations are clear, with generous policies for pro bono and development hours.
